No. 4 seed Rio Hondo College's playoff run got off to an impressive start as the Roadrunners cruised to a 3-1 win over No. 13 Cypress College on Saturday night in an opening-round game of the 2016 Southern California Regional Playoffs.

Fresh off its first-ever South Coast Conference North Division championship, the Rio Hondo College women's soccer team recognized with nine South Coast Conference postseason honors.
