Rio Hondo College bounced back from a narrow loss on Saturday with a 13-8 Foothill Conference victory over visiting Cerro Coso College on Tuesday. The come-from-behind win improved the Roadrunners to 7-8 overall and 3-1 in conference play.

A big five-run, second-inning proved to be more than enough offense for Rio Hondo College as the Roadrunners won their fourth straight game. On Thursday, Rio Hondo defeated visiting San Bernardino Valley College by a final score of 7-2 in a Foothill Conference game at RHC.

Since starting the season 0-5, Rio Hondo College has started to heat up by winning five of its last seven games. On Tuesday, the Roadrunners opened Foothill Conference play with a 13-9 win at home over visiting Victor Valley College.
