Wrestling: Roadrunners pick up 31-18 dual win over Palomar

Coming off its third-place finish at the Southern California Duals Championship, the Rio Hondo College wrestling team returned to its home mat and defeated Palomar College in convincing fashion by a score of 31-18 on Wednesday.

The Roadrunners earned victories in six of 10 matches and won four by fall.

Rio Hondo improved to 6-3 overall this season and 1-1 in Southwest Conference action. The Roadrunners are back in action on Saturday (Oct. 30) when they will compete at the Cuesta College Meathead Invitational.
