Beach Volleyball: Roadrunners sweep Santa Ana, San Diego City to move to 4-0

HUNTINGTON BEACH – Rio Hondo College posted a pair of dominant victories on the sand, picking up consecutive 5-0 sweeps over San Diego City College and host Santa Ana College on Friday at the Newland Beach Volleyball Courts.

Rio Hondo improved to 4-0 on the early season. So far, the Roadrunners have swept three of their opponents and have lost just one doubles match up this season.

The Roadrunners are back in action on Wednesday (Feb. 15) when they will take on Riverside City College (10 a.m.) and Cerritos College (12 p.m.) in matches at the Long Beach Granada Beach Courts.
