Beach Volleyball: Roadrunners ready for 2020 season

The 2020 Rio Hondo College women's beach volleyball season unofficially gets underway on Friday (Feb. 7) when the Roadrunners will face Santa Ana College, Orange Coast College, and Cypress College in scrimmages at the Newland Courts in Huntington Beach.

The official season opener is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 when Rio Hondo hits the road to face MiraCosta College at Warm Waters Beach in Carlsbad.

Teddi Esko returns for her fifth season as head coach of the beach volleyball team and is in her 17th year leading the women's volleyball program at Rio Hondo.
