A pair of Rio Hondo College Roadrunners were recognized for an outstanding 2019 men's soccer season. Sophomore forward Federico Hurtado was named first-team All-South Coast Conference while freshman defender Eric Hart was a second-team All-SCC pick by conference coaches.

Hurtado led Rio Hondo with 10 goals, 5 assists, and 25 points this season. His 10 goals and 25 points ranked sixth in the SCC. Hurtado's finest game came against LA Mission College when he posted a hat trick, scoring all three goals in a 3-1 Roadrunner victory.

Hart anchored the Rio Hondo defense, starting 19 of 22 games.

Rio Hondo closed out the 2019 season with a 6-11-5 overall record and went 1-4-3 in South Coast Conference action.
