Amanda Gomez is entering her second season with the Lady Roadrunners. She is a former Lady Roadrunner, playing on the indoor team 2011-2012. She was team captain in 2012 and the first student-athlete from her class to transfer.  Miss Gomez went on to pursue her education and volleyball career at Sterling College in Sterling Kansas,  graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology.  She was a grad assistant at Sterling College Fall 2015.   In the summer of 2016 she went on to pursue a degree in Nursing at Wichita State University and graduated with her BSN in June of 2017.  She is now currently pursuing her career as a pediatric nurse.
