Rio Hondo College sophomore setter Aliah Trujillo was named the Southern California State Player of the Week by the California Community College Women's Volleyball Coaches Association on Monday.

Last week, Trujillo led Rio Hondo to win three matches over three Orange Empire Conference teams in Fullerton, Saddleback, and Santa Ana. She totaled 79 assists, 23 digs, eight aces and eight kills. In a five-set win over Saddleback, Trujillo served three clutch aces that helped the Roadrunners pull out the deciding set.
