Beach Volleyball: Roadrunners fall 4-1 to Mt. San Antonio

Rio Hondo College is still in search of its first South Coast Conference victory after suffering a 4-1 loss to Mt. San Antonio College on Friday at the Granada Beach volleyball courts in Long Beach.

The Roadrunners fell to 0-3 in the SCC and are now 6-9 overall.

The Rio Hondo duo of Denyse Perez and Felipa Moreno picked up the Roadrunners' lone win at No. 3, defeating the Mt. SAC team of Macy Barnes and Jessica Morse by scores of 21-19, 21-19.

Rio Hondo's No. 2 team of Mara Sanchez and Stephanie Perez nearly came away with a win, but fell in three sets.
